No serious injuries were reported after a three-vehicle crash yesterday afternoon.

First responders were dispatched to South Road, Warwick, at about 3.40pm.

A police spokesman said that a taxi was travelling east, followed by a motorcycle. A car was heading in the opposite direction.

He added: “Apparently the car struck the taxi and then the motorcyclist struck the back of the taxi.”

The motorcyclist, a 51-year-old Hamilton Parish woman, and the driver of the car, a 79-year-old Southampton man, were both transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

They were later released.

The taxi driver was uninjured.

Witness are asked to contact police on 295-0011.
