Hamilton Health Centre and the Annex building on Victoria Street will be closed for fumigation from Friday until Wednesday, August 30, according to the Ministry of Health.

There will be limited services and some changes to the location of services from Wednesday, August 23 to Tuesday, August 29.

The Hamilton Health Clinic parking lot will be also be closed while this work is being done.

All clinic services at Hamilton Health Centre will resume on Wednesday, August 30.

The following services have been relocated and some are limited.

• School Health Clinics – 8-11.30am: Wednesday, August 23 to Tuesday, August 29 — 70 Middle Road, Warwick (call 236-0649) only.

• Child Health/Well Baby Clinics — 2-4pm: Friday, August 25 — 70 Middle Road, Warwick and 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset only; Monday, August 28 — 70 Middle Road, Warwick only.

• Travel Clinic — 2-4pm: Tuesday, August 29 — 70 Middle Road, Warwick only for booked appointments. Call 236-0649.

• Maternal Health Clinics: August 23, 24, 28 and 29 only at Hamilton Health Centre during normal hours. Limited services for family planning supplies and urgent antenatal matters. Friday, August 25: for birth control injections, see Family Planning below.

• Somerset Maternal Health Clinic hours running as normal; 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset – 9-11am. Call 234-0202.

• Family Planning Clinic — 8.30-11.30am and 2–4pm; Friday, August 25 – birth control shots. For urgent cases call 332-8901 and visit the second florr of the new acute wing at KEMH (Medical Clinic); Tuesday, August 29 — birth control injections, morning only at Hamilton Health Clinic and 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset — 9-11am only. • Communicable Disease Control Clinic: limited services for treatment and consultations on August 23, 24 and 25 August only, at the 2nd Floor New Acute Wing of KEMH (Medical Clinic), 8.30am-4.30pm. Call 332 8931. Closed for lunch 12.30-1.45pm.

• Dental Health — no Hamilton Health Clinic services from August 23-29. All operations at St. George’s Clinic, 1 Old Military Rd (call 297-1932) and Somerset Clinic, 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset, call 234-0239. Clinic hours, 8.30am-4.45pm. Closed for lunch 12.30pm-1.45 pm.
