The Department of Health has asked for nominations for the 2018 Public Health Awards as part of next month’s Public Health Week.

The awards provide an opportunity to promote actions that can improve health.

This year’s theme is “You’re the Solution — Commit to Change”. The awards are open to people or organisations that have contributed to public health. Public Health Week will run from April 9 to 13.

The Public Health Awards ceremony will be held on April 12, and nominations are to be submitted no later than the end of this month.
