Maha Clarke, the Bermuda forward, scored her first goal of the season for Queens University of Charlotte in their 8-0 win over Molloy College on Saturday.

The 18-year-old sophomore wrapped up the NCAA Division II side’s rout with their final goal in the 65th minute. The victory lifts the Royals to 4-7 on the season before they take on Millersville University today and Lindenwood University tomorrow. Kayleigh Lawrence scored a hat-trick for Queens, with her first two goals coming in the first half, with Korey Fine giving the Royals a 3-0 half-time lead.

Lawrence scored her third goal 53 seconds into the re-start before Abby Carls, Renee Smith and Jill Sherman made it 7-0, with Clarke, the former Warwick Academy pupil, sealing the deal.
