Financial-services consulting firm Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd has hired Ann Daniels. She will be providing consulting services with an emphasis on anti-money laundering, countering finance of terrorism and risk compliance.

Ms Daniels brings more than 15 years of experience in regulatory risk and compliance in the financial-services industry. Oyster said her compliance and consulting roles with small firms, law firms, investment businesses honed her skills, including the development, implementation and oversight of compliance programmes.

Ms Daniels’ experience also includes the development and implementation of AML/CFT risk assessment policies, procedures, and training; automated monitoring systems; risk assessment methodologies; the implementation of standards and a programme of oversight compliance professionals.
