Now that the same-sex marriage issue has subsided, I look forward to the newly registered charity Preserve Marriage focusing its 400-strong action team members’ efforts and resources on addressing these very important marriage issues:

1, Divorce (accounts for 25 per cent of all marriages in Bermuda)

2, Single-parent families

3, Children born out of wedlock

4, Adultery

5, Abuse of women and men in marriages.
