Dear Sir,
First, please convey our gratitude to the men and women of Belco for their dedication and duty after Hurricane Nicole.
Second, special thanks to the crew who exchanged a faulty, pole-mounted transformer by moonlight and floodlights on Saturday evening.
They then went on to restore power for others later in the night.
