Dear Sir,

I was stunned to read about the Bermudian man who behaved so badly on the WestJet flight from Toronto to Bermuda last Sunday — what an example to every other person on that flight.

We have a tourism board trying everything it can to persuade tourists to visit Bermuda, then this drunk Bermudian has a 30-minute tirade on the flight and threatens at least three other passengers, stating he was going to “burn down the House of Parliament” and that he has guns and wants “to kill white people”.

I just hope that WestJet will ban him from all of its flights in and out of Bermuda. His name should also be given to the other airlines serving Bermuda, as no law-abiding citizen would wish to be on the same flight as a man such as this.
