Dear Sir,

I would like to take this opportunity to say a very heartfelt thank-you to the kind folks who came to my aid last Thursday morning, when I had a nasty fall at Heron Bay MarketPlace parking lot.

Particularly to the gentleman who kept talking to me and assuring me that help was already on the way. He was so kind, as it kept me from being too upset at my misfortune. Also to the other folks who stayed with me until the first responders arrived from the Southampton fire station.

I am sorry I was too upset to get their names. Also my thanks to the crew from the fire station, who took such good care of me in getting all the necessary things done and preparing me for the ambulance when it came.

Last, but not least, to the ambulance team and all the staff at the hospital, who did the necessary procedures involved. Special thanks to Dr Ranjini Patton, who took care of me.

I am now recuperating at home with some stitches and many coloured bruises, but in good spirits. Thanks to all of you very kind people.
