Dear Sir,

Dennis Lister III said that speed cameras are not in this year’s Budget but maybe next.

This is typical doublespeak; no real commitment.

What is the cost of island-wide speed cameras and what is involved in the implementation?

What legislation needs to be passed to implement speed cameras?

When will the legislation be introduced?

Have we decided on the type to buy?

Will they be moved regularly? By the Police?

We need the Government to get serious and stop giving us the cold shoulder.
