Keller Williams Bermuda has recruited three new real estate agents.

Frederica Forth, Calvina Guishard and Jayne Rollin all bring their own set of skills to the company and to the clients that KW Bermuda serves.

Ms Forth spent a large part of her career at the Bank of Bermuda, first advancing to vice-president of the mortgage personal lending department and then senior service and sales manager for HSBC Bermuda.

She has since been working in real estate for the past 10 years, both as a sales agent and a tutor. During these years she has also provided guidance for anyone preparing for the final Real Estate Licence exam by teaching the real estate course at the Bermuda College PACE Division, as well as mortgage consultation services to people looking to buy a home.

She has also served as chairman of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Division of the Chamber of Commerce, wrote the booklet, Real Estate Studies Made Simple and conducts seminars around her handout Eight Steps to Home Ownership.

Ms Forth said: “I am very passionate about educating the community on how to own a piece of the rock, and look forward to helping people find their new home and advise them on the mortgage financing requirements too. I feel that KW Bermuda is the perfect company that will enable me to build on that.”

After almost 30 years in the banking and hospitality industries, Calvina Guishard is fairly new to the real estate industry.

Her top three priorities are to identify her customer’s needs, to remain responsive to requests and to pay attention to detail when providing viable real estate options.

Ms Rollin said: “After 13 successful years in the local insurance industry, I decided to follow my heart and become a licensed real estate agent.”

Albert Moura, owner and CEO of KW Bermuda, said: “They have hit the ground running and have embraced the KW Bermuda systems, models and training and are benefiting from it. Their addition has taken our agent count to 11 as we continue to grow.”

Mr Moura believes that hiring the new team will position the company to grow and increase its market share.

The firm used to be known as Moura and Associates, before the collaboration with Keller Williams Realty, an international firm with more than 186,000 agents worldwide.
