A retail and office building that has been a fixture of the Hamilton street scene since 1965 has been put on sale for $5.95 million.The Ingham & Wilkinson building, at the eastern end of Front Street, started out as the home of the city’s largest lumber distributor, before housing the furniture store Creative Interiors, the former VSB TV radio studios and other local and international businesses.It was enlarged with construction of the third, fourth and fifth floors completed in 1983. The building, at 129 Front Street, can be accessed from Front Street and Reid Street. The property is 83,000 square feet and covers 0.46 of an acre.
