Fun for the family: children painting at last year’s event

The Centre on Philanthropy will be organising an afternoon of “altruism and entertainment” at Hamilton’s Victoria Park this Sunday.

This year’s Allied World Family Community Day will run from 1pm to 5pm.

During the event, families will pair up with local non-profit organisations to learn about the joy of volunteering.

Nikita Robinson from Hott 107.5’s “Ladies Room” daytime show will emcee the afternoon, with DJ Kasper providing the tunes.

Games and prizes will be on offer along with entertainment provided by Rock Fire, Bermuda Latin Vibes, Liturgical Dancers, Jump 2B Fit, fun castles and The Gombey Warriors.

There will also be free food and ice cream available during the day.
