Teddy Bear Tea returns to Hamilton Princess

First Prev 1 2 Next Last

A special afternoon tea for children is returning to the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.

Teddy Bear Tea at Crown & Anchor encourages children to bring along a teddy bear or stuffed animal that will be donated to the Salvation Army.

“Our Teddy Bear Tea has been a big success in the past and we’re excited to bring back this year,” general manager Allan Federer said.

“Having fun and giving back is what the holidays are all about, so we welcome you and your kids to celebrate with Santa and help other children to also have a happy holiday this year.”

Santa will be in attendance to hear what kids would like to find under the tree on Christmas Day and every child will receive a note from Santa and a goody bag.

The tea includes fairyland cupcakes, Santa-faced strawberry gingerbread cookies, crispy sweet rice wavers, chocolate brownie, macaroons, swan profiterole, banana kebabs dipped in milk chocolate, colourful mini doughnuts as well as a variety of candies.

It costs $29 plus gratuities or $20 plus gratuities for those donating a stuffed animal and will be held on Saturdays in December from 3pm to 5pm.

Adults accompanying children can order afternoon tea for $48, plus gratuities.
