Michael Dunkley joined Elliot Primary School students for their annual kite day today.

The Premier, who was invited by P2 teacher Beverley Taylor, helped the students to prepare their kites for flying, as well as getting them up in the air.

Mr Dunkley said he “absolutely enjoyed spending time with the P2 youngsters”.

He noted that Good Friday is one of the highlights of the year for Bermuda, as it provides an opportunity for “us to embrace our unique traditions and culture associated with the holiday”.
