A woman injured in a car crash in Hamilton Parish earlier this month has been transferred out of the Intensive Care Unit.

The 36-year-old woman was injured in the crash that occurred on Harrington Sound Road shortly before 6pm on Friday, July 7.

In a release issued this morning, police said the woman had been transferred to a general ward at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital in stable condition.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 295-0011.
