Police are to hold a community outreach event in North Hamilton this week.

Organised by the force’s Central Action Team, the area’s own CAT officer PC Arthur Dill will be on hand on Court Street in a clinic designed to let the public air their concerns about crime.

A police spokesman said: “In addition, the Community Action Team officers present that day will provide crime prevention and neighbourhood watch group set-up information along with promoting the objectives of the Bermuda Police Service.”

The clinic is scheduled to run from noon until 4pm on Friday in the Court Street/Elliot Street area, and officers will be conducting foot patrols in an effort to speak to people unable to visit the clinic.
