Food Walk postponed thanks to rain

The Food Walk in Chancery Lane, scheduled for noon to 2pm today, has been postponed because of bad weather.

The event, part of the City Food Festival, has been rearranged for tomorrow at the same time.

Other items on the agenda for the festival include:

• Gosling’s Rum Dinner, today, 7pm to 9pm at Marcus’ restaurant

Specially created menu, with different flavours of Gosling’s Rum. Tickets $145

• Chef Competition, tomorrow, 5.30pm to 8.30pm at Pier 6 Lower Level

Chefs go head to head. Tickets $40 per night

• Wine Tasting, Thursday, 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Gosling’s Wine Cellar

Exploration of wines, with complimentary food pairings. Tickets $99

• Bacardi Bartender Competition, Friday, 5.30pm to 8.30pm at Pier 6 Upper Level

Bermuda’s best mixologists show off their skills. Free entry

• Street Festival, Saturday, September 23, 3pm to 9pm at City Hall car park

Sample foods from more than 20 restaurants and vendors and vote for the People’s Choice award. Watch the final round of the Chef Competition. Live entertainment. Tickets available at the event.
