Rider hurt in collision remains in ICU
A 25-year-old man injured in a crash on Tuesday is in stable condition at the Intensive Care Unit of King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
The man, from Smith’s, was hurt in a collision between his motorcycle and an unmarked police car around 2.30pm, at the junction of North Shore Road and My Lord’s Bay Road in Hamilton Parish.
A police spokesman thanked witnesses who have assisted in the investigation, which is ongoing.
Further witnesses to the crash are encouraged to contact Inspector Robert Cardwell at the roads policing unit on 247-1076.
