Belco customers are advised they could be called as part of a survey throughout December.

The research will be conducted by Total Research Associates and its partner, Corporate Research Associates.

It will include telephone and online surveys and will run until December 22.

Belco said customers who receive their bills electronically should expect to receive an invitation to participate via e-mail by Friday, with a link to the online survey.

The invitation e-mail will be sent by CRA and will come from the following e-mail address: surveys@cra.ca.

A series of demographic questions will be asked but customers can be assured that all information will remain completely confidential.
