A new park on Par-la-Ville Road is almost complete.

Now benches are to be added to the site, which is to be used as a nursery for trees to be transplanted elsewhere in the city once they reach maturity.

The park was created on the site of a city-owned cottage which had to be demolished because of storm damage.

The park is expected to be completed within a week.
