The Ministry of Public Works said today that repair works are under way to fix a water main break in the Devonshire area.

The affected areas include, Middle Road, Devonshire, parts of South Shore, Devonshire, the Flatts Area and the Government Quarry

A spokeswoman said it was hoped the repairs would be complete later today.

She added: “The ministry apologises for any inconvenience caused, and thanks the public for their co-operation and patience while these repairs are under way.”
