The west side Horseshoe Bay Beach has been closed because of high winds and dangerous surf conditions, it was announced yesterday.

The Ministry of Public Works announced the shutdown will remain in force until further notice.

The Lifeguard Superintendent and Park Rangers have been deployed to help lifeguards monitor the area until conditions improve.
