Following the success of the Seniors Craft Exhibition during Heritage Month (May), the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs has organized a second event this year for senior citizens to sell their homemade crafts and wares.

The pre-Christmas Seniors Craft Exhibition will take place in the Botanical Gardens in the Horticultural Hall from 8am to 1pm this Saturday, December 1.

“There will be a wide variety of items on display - everything from knitting and crochet, to quilts, books, and small trinkets,” said the Minister of Labour, Community Affairs and Sports the Hon. Lovitta Foggo JP MP. “Come out and peruse homemade gift options for your loved ones this holiday season and support the senior citizens of Bermuda.”
