A man found dead on a Devonshire road was named yesterday as 56-year-old Wilburt Spencer.
Police said it was thought Mr Spencer had been living rough in trees on Corkscrew Hill, where his body was discovered on Monday at 1pm.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by a doctor.
Police said the death was not suspicious, but an inquiry will be held to establish a cause of death.
