A car overturned in a crash in Sandys this afternoon.

Police warned of traffic delays while they dealt with the scene on Somerset Road, near the MarketPlace.

Nobody was believed to be injured in the incident, which happened at about 2.50pm.

A police spokesman added about two hours later that the damaged vehicle had been towed away and traffic flow was returning to normal.

Witnesses should call police on 295-0011.
