Voter registration for the General Election will close on Monday next week at 5pm.

The Parliamentary Registry will be open to accept registration forms this Saturday, from 10am to 4pm, but will be closed on Sunday and Monday, which is a public holiday. Forms will be accepted online up until the deadline.

In a statement today, the Parliamentary Registrar advised that Governor John Rankin has issued a writ of election for the vote to take place on July 18, as announced by Michael Dunkley, the Premier, last Thursday.

The Parliamentary Registration office is on the third floor of Craig Appin House, Wesley Street, Hamilton.
