New immigration policies are to be drawn up with help from the public. A working group has appealed for people to join in and help create new rules.

The Consultative Immigration Reform Working Group is organising discussions on Thursday, September 21, and Thursday, September 28, at Elliot Primary School, from 6.30pm to 9pm.

Submissions can also be sent to the group via a dropbox on the ground floor of the Government Administration Building on Parliament Street, or by e-mail to immigrationbda@gmail.com.

The group submits its recommendations, after public consultation, by October 31.
