David Burt met with leaders of the Bermuda International Long Term Insurers and Reinsurers at Camden on Wednesday.

The discussion included how the Bermuda Government can work with Biltir to grow the long-term insurance industry in Bermuda and increase the number of Bermudians employed in the sector.

In a Twitter message, Biltir thanked the Premier for taking time to meet, share views and learn about the sector, and added: “We stand ready to work with you and your government to contribute to Bermuda and Bermudians.”
