Conway joins TigerRisk Partners

Industry veteran Christopher Conway has joined the Bermuda office of TigerRisk Partners LLC.

He takes up a newly-created senior role on its reinsurance and retrocession teams, where he will report to Alex Bridges, partner and head of retrocession.

Mr Conway, who joins the company from Neon Underwriting Bermuda, previously worked for Axis Specialty, Third Point Re, AQR Re and Ascot Underwriting.

Mr Bridges said: “Chris is an exciting hire for us in a market that’s full of opportunity. His broad background, technical expertise and extensive knowledge of the market will be a great asset to our clients, both on the reinsurance and retro sides of the business.”

Mr Conway said: “I am extremely pleased to be joining TigerRisk, a company I’ve watched create a respected place in the global reinsurance market in such a short period of time. I especially admire Tiger’s creativity and drive to find unique solutions for their clients.”

TigerRisk is a risk, capital and strategic adviser to the global insurance and reinsurance industries.
