Bermudian athlete Caitlyn Bobb placed third in the 400 metres at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bobb, a freshman at Harford Technical High School in Bel Air, Maryland, set a personal best in a time of 55.79sec at the meet held at North Carolina A&T University from June 15 to 16.

The competition is also known as the High School Nationals because it allows high school students in the United States to compete on one stage.
