Logic says it has brought back its helpdesk to offer “Bermudian support”.In an email to customers yesterday, Logic said: “OnOn April 25, 2013 North Rock and Logic Communications amalgamated. “As a valued customer of the North Rock family we want to provide you with an update on the positive initiatives that you will experience.“Market research indicated the importance of the combined entity being Bermudian owned and operated.“It was determined that we would trade under the name of Logic.”To that end, Logic said that when customers phone into its Customer Service and helpdesk, they will hear the greeting with the Logic brand.“The combined Logic team will continue to offer you the service, support, and resources you expect and deserve,” the company said.“The two networks will continue to function separately. “Logic continued: “We are also bringing the Logic helpdesk back to Bermuda, so that you will still experience the same great Bermudian support that you trust.”Logic added: Now that we are one company, there are more resources, and more connections, to provide you with enhanced reliability.”Parent KeyTech has said the amalgamation sets a foundation for the launch of new and innovative IP products and the company will leverage the synergies between the two companies to bring down operating costs and reduce the cost to the consumer.
