Corrado wins bragging rights at Southside

Stephen Corrado, Blake Horseman and David Barbosa reigned supreme during weekend karting action at Southside Raceway.

The trio managed eights wins between them en route to claiming top honours in their respective divisions during race three of the five race Trophy Day Race Series.

Corrado won all three races contested in the 125cc Shifter Class. Shannon Caisey was the second best driver with two seconds and a fourth while Jason Smith rounded off the podium finishers with a second and a third.

Horseman made a clean sweep of victories in the three races contested in the Junior Clone Class. Zavier Smith finished second after posting three seconds. Ryan Burgess rounded off the podium finishers in the Junior Clone Class with two thirds and a fourth.

Barbosa had two firsts and a second on the way to landing the trophy in the TAG Sr Class. He was denied of a clean sweep of victories after finishing second behind Scott Barnes in race two.

Corey Lewis was the second best driver on the day in the TAG Sr Class with two seconds and a fourth. Patrick Ingham finished third after posting three successive third place finishes.
