Dear Sir,

I recently went to the funeral of the late Melvin Charles (Tankard) Smith, of whom I grew up with in Somerset. Was that a wonderful and dynamic send off! I just had to write in to let everyone know how professional the staff of St John’s Ambulance Brigade was. Hats off to Kyle Packwood, Michael White, Larry Packwood and a super lady he calls “Sandra”!

You guys get an standing ovation from me. I love the way you took care of the late Mr Smith’s fabulous wife, Dawn Santucci Smith. You was very supportive, patient, courteous, attentive and caring to her.

Your acts of kindness will always measure up to the highest level “Just simply marvellous”! To our Governor and his wife Mr and Mrs George Ferguson, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule for attending. The Seventh Day Adventist Church Family, thank you. To the inspirational choir: Keep singing!

To Caroline Tankard and Ruth Santucci, “you impressed me”, you leading ladies are the matriarchs of your families. Each of you show your grace, your dignity, your uniqueness and it will shine all over your family.

Continue to let your children and grandchildren see the love and share it unconditionally towards themselves and their fellow man.

To Dawn Santucci Smith, hold your head up high and understand that you have a lot of love around you, God bless you, your family and your close friend Carol. I wish you all the best! With much Love.
