With all eyes on Bermuda after the Island won the chance to host the 2017 America’s Cup, many locals wondered how the Island would cope with the surge in visitors. One of the Bermuda’s top attractions is its beaches. Public restrooms at Shelly Bay were recently the subject of an Opposition critique. To assess the condition of restrooms at the Island’s most popular beaches, the Royal Gazette surveyed a number of South Shore sites to see how the Island’s facilities would measure up in the eyes of visitors.
