The Royal Gazette/BSX closed unchanged after a second day of no trading.

The exchange stood at 1422.10 at close.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 2.73 points (0.17 per cent) at 1,566.61.

The BSX also reported that the Bank of Butterfield had bought 666,365 of its own shares at an average price of $1.99 last month.

In addition, the bank also bought for cancellation five of its preference shares at an average price of $1,150.
