Dear Sir,

As a passenger on this flight (Delta airlines flight 485), I would like to comment on Delta’s “gesture of service recovery”.

Delta has not made any effort to contact me or my wife. Furthermore, any vouchers they say they have provided have not made their way to me or my brother in law or his wife.

What did make its way to both families is one less vacation day and much frustration, thanks to Delta.
