Dear Sir,

I thought I would thank these two young men publicly as they deserve a mention in the press as well as to their bosses at BTC.

Not only did they track down and correct the problem I was having with my phone but took the time to explain and discuss the issues.

They also enquired after my husband who is in his 90s and is mostly confined to his bed.

He very much enjoyed their visit and a chat. So thank-you to Damon Simmons and Dwayne Minors for a job well done with a smile and a great attitude.

You are both what Bermuda is really all about.
