Dear Sir,

This is an “Extreme Thank You” to all the wonderful people who stopped to help two silly Americans who thought they were 30 years younger and crashed their motorbike on Middle Road on May 6.

From “the locals”, the lady police, the ambulance guys, the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital personnel (great state-of-the-art hospital), you were all so caring and sincere. A very special thanks to Nurse Beverly Brangman for “little extras”. What a wonderful and truly picturesque Island you are so lucky to enjoy. We’ll be back soon and promise to walk, take a bus, ferry or taxi!
