We are told that the case brought by the OBA was brought because they wanted to shame the head of the Opposition PLP.

Nothing needed to be done, as we are all judged by our words, deeds and behaviour, so the destruction of character and reputation takes place automatically.

The punishment is in the conscience of the perpetrator, and their future.
