I read the advertisement in today’s RG (August 24, 2015) concerning the opening of the UK Visa Application Centre. It is interesting that “Applicants may only visit the Centre after booking an appointment and paying the required service fee on the VFS website ...”

How does one make an appointment and application if one does not have a computer?

Too many government departments now rely on computers, assuming that every person has a computer and is computer-literate. Times, they are a changing!
