Dear Sir,

Amidst the many letters published in The Royal Gazette, I ignore those that praise or deride one political party only and those signed with a pen name.

I was taught that arguments reduced to the man are arguments lost. In economics, which is an imprecise discipline, my tutor concluded by saying that if he had failed to teach the subject he hoped he had taught us good manners.
