Well mannered: the four Somerset Primary students praised by a fellow bus traveller

Last Friday four students from Somerset Primary — Jeremiah Hayward, JahZion Trott-Saltus, Dayla Richards and Akeira Trott-Saltus — were celebrated for their behaviour on the bus.

Ms Young, a member of the community, phoned the school to say how impressed she was by the four students and the excellent behaviour they displayed.

Ms Young said: “I caught the bus last week Thursday and as these students got on the bus I was quietly reading my book.

“I appreciated the conversation we had on the bus and how well mannered they were.

“They spoke nicely and I feel they deserve to be celebrated.

She gave each student a book as a gift and the entire assembly applauded the group of students.
