Bad night for Bermuda pair

Rai Simons came on as a second-half substitute as Chesterfield suffered a 3-0 defeat at home to Doncaster Rovers in the Sky Bet League One yesterday.

Simons, who scored his third goal for Chesterfield against Port Vale at the weekend, was part of a double substitution for the visiting side in the 63rd minute as they made three quick changes after Doncaster took the lead in the 62nd minute through Nathan Tyson.

Andy Williams added a second for Doncaster in the 70th minute before substitute Cameron Stewart completed the rout in the second minute of injury time.

Meanwhile, Reggie Lambe was substituted by Mansfield Town in the 57th minute as they lost 2-0 at home to Exeter Town in League Two.
