BCB Holdings to change its name
Bermuda-based BCB Holdings is to change its name.
The firm is to become Caribbean Investment Holdings.
A spokesman said the board believed “the new name is better suited to the company’s strategic focus and aspirations.”
BCB Holdings is a holding company with no independent business operations or assets other than investments in subsidiaries, intercompany balances and holdings of cash or cash equivalents.
The firm owns the Belize Bank Ltd, which provides financial services and lending to domestic clients, as well as Belize Bank International Ltd, which provides the same services to international clients.
Both are incorporated and based in Belize.
