CedarBridge Academy went into lockdown earlier today in response to an incident involving a student, the school reported.

Police said the incident occurred after 10am today when a student breached the school’s code of discipline.

The pupil then left school grounds and activity “returned to normal”.

There were no injuries, and the matter has been left as an internal disciplinary matter for the school.
