Weighing things up: step back and keep emotions out of the process, as best you can

Decisions. Every day we are all faced with decisions that impact our personal and business lives. Those that are made external to our influence we assess and determine how we might react and assist in the process.

Those that affect us personally and that we can influence require a more critical assessment and analysis. Many decisions are very tough and carry an emotional backpack that causes us stress and worry. The key in any of these situation is the stand back and take an objective look and assess the potential changes in a manner that allows you to determine the significant impact that will occur and how you will deal with the changes!

Starting with this end in mind allows you to make the best decision that you can possibly make and then stick by those plans. All change is hard so do your assessments and lay out your plans!
