Two Microsoft guest speakers will explain aspects of cloud computing at an event hosted by Fireminds Ltd next week.

Marlon Fetzner, Microsoft director of corporate, external and legal affairs, and Renatto Garro, Microsoft Partner Technology Strategist, will lead discussions on data residency and the cloud. The Trusted Cloud Keynote event, which will take place on Wednesday between 5.30pm and 7pm, will look at managing data security and privacy using legal and technical solutions.

There will be an opportunity to tour the Fireminds data centre and Microsoft azure node.
