Appleby appoints four new counsel

Offshore law firm Appleby has made a total of four new appointments in its Bermuda office.

The new counsel appointments include Jennifer Eve in the corporate department.

Megan Denos is in knowledge management, Ashley Fife is in private client and trusts and Sally Penrose is in the corporate department.

The last three are subject to approval by immigration authorities.

The four are part of nine new appointments or promotions across Appleby’s offices in Bermuda, Hong Kong, the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands.

Michael O’Connell, Appleby group manager, said: “These appointments reflect our ambitious growth plans as an independent law firm.

“All promotions are thoroughly deserved and I am delighted to be congratulating all of my colleagues on their progression and development within the firm.

“They are extremely talented lawyers who have been strong advocates of the firm’s commitment to providing and maintaining a first-class level of service to our clients.”
