Fiona Hatfield, Adam Birch and Scott Powell have been named as the top agents for 2018 by Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty.

Ms Hatfield, honoured as top agent in the residential sales category, has been with the company for more than 30 years. During that time, she has won a variety of prestigious awards, including the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier, International President’s Elite and Top Island Affiliate Sales Agent prizes, the agency said.

Mr Birch, who took top honours in the residential rentals category, began his career with the agency in 2004. Training and mentoring by the company has allowed him to become a “city living specialist” and “luxury specialist”, the agency said.

Mr Powell was named top commercial agent.
